<p>However, it’s not as difficult as you might think. Setting diet limitations that are covered by blanket statements is the easiest and most effective way to lose weight because it doesn’t involve the meticulous counting of calories and the “oh, well if I just have a bite it won’t hurt” mentality. </p>

<h2>Eat Breakfast</h2>

Protein keeps you feeling full for longer (all the way until lunch) because it takes longer to digest than carbs do. </p>

<p>As we diet it’s easy to get caught up in the “diet” foods trap. We see the words “low-fat” or “low-calorie” and automatically assume it’s going to be something we should put in our bodies as we diet. This is not the case however, processed foods that market themselves to dieters can be even more detrimental to your diet and body than eating the real thing. </p>
<p>In order to make “diet” foods taste at all similar to the real thing, fake sweeteners and fillers need to be added. These overly-processed substances cause toxins to build up in the body that can cause skin problems, slow digestion, and cause your body to hold onto excess fat.</p>
<p>Instead, eat as many whole foods as possible, meaning, eat as many unprocessed foods as possible.
